Delivery

If the items are in stock we will ship them within 2 working days, you will be notified of any items that maybe out of stock and we will endeavor to dispatch these items within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

If something is wrong with an order you have received from Instyle Leathergoods Ltd, please notify the obvious defects immediately (within 14 days) by e-mail. Your invoice will be accepted as the certificate of warranty. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days please notify us by email.

Customers will be held responsible for the validity of the provided address information, we can not be held responible for orders that are lost in the post due to customers entering incorrect address details whilst placing an order. If an order is lost during shipping, we cannot issue refunds, nor reship the order until the postal claim period has expired.

Artwork

If an item is to be printed please send us your artwork via post or email. We will then set the artwork for you and reply with a visual for you to approve. We accept most forms of artwork. Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Abobe Photoshop, PDF, EPS. Please can you make sure all text is converted to curves/outlines. If any amendments have to be made to the artwork a fee will be charged for this service. .

PLEASE NOTE any artwork that is sent via post will only be returned with completed orders.

Tax Charges

Instyle Leathergoods Ltd is VAT registered. VAT invoices/receipts are issued automatically with dispatched goods. Our VAT registration number is GB 542 9138 40.

Possible taxes and customs due for deliveries outside the European Union are the liability of the customer.

Damaged Goods

All deliveries should be inspected on arrival. If there are any signs of damage you should inform us as soon as possible. We will always replace damaged goods so long as you inform us within 7 days.

Trademarks

All company names, logos or trademarks and product names or photographs displayed in this web site are the property of their respective owners. Any reproduction of the content or material on this site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. Products may be subject to colour, size or pattern variations such as often occur with leather and other natural materials. We reserve a length tolerance of +/- 5.0 mm for all of our watch bands.

If the office is not manned please leave your name and telephone number on the answer machine, your call will be returned.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and with this acknowledgement we will give an indication of the time we are likely to take in resolving the matter. We will keep all correspondence confidential.

Complaints and general support enquiries by telephone should be made using the following telephone number (01633-282412) weekdays, 9.00pm until 4.00pm where a member of our team will be able to deal with your matter immediately. Telephone calls to this telephone number are charged at the standard UK national rate.
